Our innovative single dose V-Sachet is sustainable and Eco-Friendly. Designed in Italy and we are the only producer exclusively in Thailand. This unique trendy packaging is available from 2022. They are recyclable, a single-dose sachet that delivers the perfect volume of liquid in one swift movement of the hand. Designed around convenience and innovation in equal measure, it’s the next phase in the evolution of your product line. The capabilities are endless and the sachet can be used for a range of application from cosmetics to alcohol shots.

Environmentally friendly single-portion packaging

Beside a Polystyrene film packaging, V-Sachet have brought to market an important innovation: 100% recyclable polypropylene sachets with high capability. Most applications contains a plastic or foil layer that renders the packaging difficult, or even impossible, to recycle. With this new designed, a brand-new type of substrate that has been certified by Interseroh as recyclable, with extremely high ratings by this well-known certification organization. This technology was created entirely for the purpose of using, in addition to the classical materials, recyclable homopolymers and biodegradable materials suitable for compost. In accordance with the principles of the manifesto on the circular economy published by the Ellen Mc Arthur Foundation, the materials are reusable in subsequent production cycles, reducing waste to a minimum and respecting the environment.

The innovative sachets can be made using materials that are 80% bio-based and homopolymers, recyclable according to the local regulations, guaranteeing the same shelf-life performance as traditional materials, which are eco-friendly and sustainability.

On June 15th – 18th 2022. V-Sachet was at an event to promote the brand at ProPak Asia 2022, a leading exhibition for processing and packaging in Asia at BITEC Bangna. This created a new experience with an innovation that we are the first and the only one in Thailand. This public relation has welcome a positive crowd and received a numerous amount of clients, proving that V-Sachet is in demand for the new market era and certainly there are a lots of room to grow for this convenient one hand used packaging solution.
